How to Provide Meeting Updates

Web Contacts

As per CRSC PR Webteam Guidelines and Procedures, the Webteam will only accept meeting updates from designated Web Contacts:

"Each ASC shall designate a Website Contact trusted servant. This trusted servant shall be the point of accountability for providing ASC information (mailing addresses, helplines, etc) and NA meeting updates to the crna.org website for the relevant ASC and its groups."

ASCs may register their Web Contact using the Web Contact Registration Form.

It is the responsibility of individual ASCs to determine how their Web Contact is selected.
A Verifier contact must be provided in case the validity of the submission must be determined.
The Verifier must be either an Area's RCM or PR Chair.

Updating Meetings

To update meetings, use the Online Meeting Update Form.

A copy of the update is emailed to the user,
Many fields are remembered making data entry much faster (browser cookies must be enabled),
Turn around time for updates is usually within three (3) days.

Additional Information

Information and forms for registering groups or updating meetings with NAWS may be found at Group and Committee Registration. NAWS allows Areas to maintain their information in the NAWS database. For more information on registering, email webupdates@na.org.
